Is the mother board p5mx 1333 good for ddr3 video card?

to be more specific..it's a "Sparkle GTS250 1GB DDR3 256bit HDMI" or a "Inno3d GTS250 1GB DDR3 256bit DVI/HDMI"



please help :||||it seems your mother board have pcieX16 slot.. you can even install a DDR5 GPU
